		<description>It&#039;s funny, I almost wrote a similar post after watching the Rob Thomas&#039; videos and reading the interview on lost laowai! I seriously cannot watch/read things like that without it igniting in me my own need for adventure. 
Actually, I think about it a lot. It&#039;s always somewhere in the back of my head. Every time I teach a class about travel or talk to someone at the bar about traveling, I end up going off about the things I want/need to do. It&#039;s only been about 2 years since I&#039;ve done extensive traveling, but it seems oh so much longer.
I&#039;m a bit younger than you and I&#039;m not married, so in many ways, I&#039;m less &#039;tied down&#039; than you are, but on the other hand, we all tie ourselves down in ways anyway right? Whether it be mentally, physically, whatever. The hard part is learning how to not take excuses from ourselves. (being married just happens to actually be a pretty good one ; ) )
So for me, it&#039;s next summer. Surely I won&#039;t bike around the world, but I&#039;m going to do something awesome damnit!</description>
